Mission Statement:
Our goal as a guild is to progress hard and fast. If you are in this guild you are here to raid, not to pvp, not to make money.
Ranks:
1) Initiate: 2 week trial period, must have 100% attendance, 2nd priority on loot, not a guaranteed raiding spot or spot in the guild.
2) F&F: Have completed the 2 week trial period but can not maintain the attendance requirements of a raider, members will not receive the privileges of raiders.
3) Raider: 75% attendance, 1st priority on loot, is not permanent. Raiders must always perform to keep their rank and raid spot.
Attendance:
1) 75% to maintain 1st priority on loot
2) will be taken at the start and end of every raid. Those who are sat and stay online and remain available to the raid also get attendance credit.
3) Based on a 2 week cycle
4) Must post absences ahead of time on the Attendance forum, If you have a weekly absence please request for a sticky.
Alts:
1) Everyone is allowed to have level alts in the guild.
Loot Council System:
Criteria for the loot council will be as follows:
- Rank: Raiders/Officers > Initiates > Members.
- Performance: poor performance will generally not only lead to the loss of a raid spot, but will lead to being passed over in loot
- Attendance
- Some loot may be classed based first
Guild Bank:
1) The bank is first and foremost for the guild
2) All items will be available for extremely reduced prices. This is done to provide a convenience to the raider and to make consumables easily accessible to the guild. This system is not to be used to turn a profit by selling these items on the AH.
3) The guild bank will collect all items that drop in raids. This includes grays, herbs, ore, gems, greens, blues, and boe epics.
4) All repairs during progression raid nights will be paid by the Guild Bank if you are of raider status.
Raids:
1) When raid invites are announced please do not whisper the officers, they are attempting to set up a raid and will announce when raid is full.
2) If you must leave early whisper the attendance officer.
3) Raids are the following nights and times(tentatively):
- Tuesday: 7-10 server
- Wednesday: 7-10 server
- Thursday: 7-10 server
4) Invites start 15 minutes prior to raid start and are on a first come first serve basis, based on class balance and rank.
5) Everyone must have full consumables: Flask or 2 elixirs, food, oil, stone/poison.
6) If you do not receive an invite to the raid you are still required to be available to switch out. Sometimes emergencies arise and we need to bring someone in. If you do not remain available to the raid you will not get attendance credit.
7) Everyone must be able to take criticism, including the officers/GM. This does not mean you will be talked down too (i.e. “you’re a noob, your supposed to use x not y). Criticism will be as respectful and constructive as possible. This is not to ridicule you or put you down but to make you a better player. Those who have trouble accepting criticism or who just ignore it will be removed.
8) DO NOT EVER give orders on vent if you are not the raid leader. This includes things like calling for target switches, calling a wipe, changing the strategy, calling for a Battle Rez or for Blood Lust. Along these lines you are never to use your Blood Lust, Ankh, Battle Rez, etc unless the Raid Leader specifically calls for it.
Forums:
Everyone must consistently read the forums. This is the best way to communicate with the guild as a whole. The only other time that all the raiders are together is during raids. Raids are for killing new bosses not for discussing guild issues.
Required Raiding addons:
- Please go to the Required Addons link to see required addons and their download links.
You MUST, and I repeat MUST upgrade your gear outside of raids as much as possible given current class mechanics. That means badge/PvP/proffesions/reputations. If you log on everyday 5 minutes before raid invites and log out 5 minutes after the raid is done and you have an item that is replaceable outside of raids then you will not come to raids.
Initiates:
We take your application process seriously, a guild invite is not guaranteed acceptance. There is an initiate phase. This does not totally exclude you from gear (your priority will usually be lower however). If you do not perform well enough for the guild or it becomes obvious you lied in your application you will be removed from the guild. You will be given multiple chances (i.e. you said you knew the boss but really didn’t, you said you could do x dps but you really can’t). After these chances are extended and performance is still an issue you will be kicked, no hard feelings intended.
If you have any questions feel free to contact a Game Over officer in game or through a pm on the forums.
