1) Players that signed up and did not show up. (Raiders & Recruits) 2) People that did not show up, sign up or post. (Raiders & Recruits) 3) Excused absences (people that let us know ahead of time they could not make raid Via in-game or AFK forums) 4) People that leave raid early due to Real Life issues: (We do realize that Real life situation arise occasionally during raid that may cause you to have to drop raid. We try our best to be considerate of people's RL situations, but we will be keeping a log of people leaving raids early so that we can assure it does not become a habit.) You will not be penalized for leaving a raid early, but if it becomes an on going situation we may have to replace you until things stabilize for you. We are not doing this to be inconsiderate of your real life situation we are doing this to be considerate of the other 24 people in the raid.
